Subject	ABS Actuator question

Message	When I bought my '94 NA 2+2 last week, I had a report from the local Nissan dealer that the ABS actuator unit was bad - that the brakes operated, but ABS was not functioning and that the part was no longer available from Nissan. I had my doubts, but I took the car, anyway. I have since sourced a used unit in good condition, but need to know if this is an easily serviceable part. I need new front brake pads and am going to have a local brake shop do the install ($79, parts and labor). Should I just bring them the actuator unit and do this at the same time? Sorry if this is an obvious question - love the car and starting from scratch on a lot of the DIY stuff. Any advice is welcome. > Jimmer <
